I have purchased TWO new Expensive trucks here When it was called Michaels Chevrolet before it was bought out by new owner recently Now its call Blackstone Chevrolet. The sales person was the main reason was called Michaels Chevrolet before it was bought out by new owner recently Now its call Blackstone Chevrolet. The sales person was the main reason for this his name is Leo Montes who is a great guy. At that time the service managers were great they took good care of my Trucks over the years. I would drive two hours from my home passing several other closer dealers to take my service to them becouse I will pay more for good service. But now that its owned by new owner all the good service staff and managers are gone. The new ones don't care about the customers and this is why I say this. I recently had called to talk Ruben Service manager and Kevin Service director week or so before my appointment. NEITHER one of them returned my calls even after I left two messages until 3 days later. Then when my appointment came I asked simple technical question on how to check the drain vents on my sun roof the service manager could not answer that simple question. After waiting for long time for simple oil change service as Soon as I drove off the parking lot. My truck started to smoke really bad sending clouds of white SMOKE. Drove right back and had to wait another 45 minutes. Found out they overfilled my truck with Engine Oil! My truck still seemed to run a little rough even after they fixed the oil level. The next day I called 2 to 3 times for Ruben service manager and left messages. Its not been over a week and a half and still nothing. I called back and asked for the GM to call me instead he sent an email asking for my phone # for him to call me. Funny they have all my information from over 6 or 7 years doing buisness with them and he still needs to ask for my #. Regardless I did send email back with my# . Guess what? No call after 3 days now. I will not recommend this place to anyone anymore and will not be doing business' with them. I hope the owner is aware of this. If I want poor service I will take my chances with any of the 3 local dealers close to me. Your welcome. More
