Staff didn’t check my battery at oil change due to not enough time they told me since they had to plug in my car to check the 12v battery. Had to return the following week at 7:45am to have them not charg enough time they told me since they had to plug in my car to check the 12v battery. Had to return the following week at 7:45am to have them not charge the car and use a different battery tester to test. The battery failed because car was not charged and recommend to replace. Car does not have any signs of dieing battery. Could have used that tester on my first visit. Dealership is very unorganized and tried to charge me $115 to do something that should have been done at first visit and included in oil change package. More
The salesman, Nick, was very polite, available and professional. That is where the good experience ended. I was told the vehicle would be washed and detailed prior to picking it up. It was not! And no one had the courage to tell me, I found out when I got in, was offered to bring it back another time for detailing, wasn’t done correctly again, Nick got it taken care of. When they were writing up the contract, they put in a different interest rate than what we discussed for my lease, had to redo the paperwork after providing proof that it was promised at something different. They forgot to have me sign something so I had to go back again. I never received anything in the mail regarding my payment and who to send it to, called Gm financial to be told there’s no contract, it was sent back to the dealer because THEY forgot to sign something. I called the dealership and made arrangements for me to make another trip over and drop off my payment, such a debacle. I expected so much more from Cadillac. Very unorganized and chaotic. More
