After getting into our Saturn Vue we noticed the oil light was on. We took the Saturn to Michael's to check this out. Met Dan Ortenzio and told him that the oil light was on and could he find out if w light was on. We took the Saturn to Michael's to check this out. He explained why the light was on and that we were ok it was just letting us know that in the future we would get a message saying it was time for and oil change. Because we were already there we asked him if it would be possible to have this done and how approximately how long would we have to wait. Both my husband and I are somewhat handicapped so we appreciated his kindness in taking us to the waiting room. When the car was ready, in less time than estimated, he came in and told us then took us to the Cashier. Because we are somewhat new to Michael's we appreciated his help in making sure our needs were met in a timely manner. More

I was in need of a new car, but was worried and discouraged that I wouldn't be approved.
