I have to say the service department has stepped up their game since Vanessa has stated working at Michaels. Vanessa is always friendly and knowledgeable and seems to understand that customer service is the game since Vanessa has stated working at Michaels. Sales team will try to pressure you into getting something you don’t want, Then will be upset at you if you don’t comply. Asked what the trade-in value for my vehicle would be, but they were just in something you don’t want, Then will be upset at you if you don’t comply. Asked what the trade-in value for my vehicle would be, but they were just interested in selling me a new car. Once I asked repeatedly I just want to know the value of my trade-in the salesman went to his manager Danny Jackson and told him I was not interested and Danny said your trade-in is Worth $100 to me. I would describe my experience with the sales team as disrespectful and degrading. More

Your service has been less than acceptable. You diagnosed an issue, charged me, and it was incorrect & didn’t fix the problem. You charged me $300+and that was wrong!!
