Ken did an outstanding job of getting me in as soon as possible for my appointment to get some warranty work done. When I got there he already had the paperwork ready to go so waiting was kep to a minmium possible for my appointment to get some warranty work done. He also had called the rental car company so I had a "loaner" vehicle there in minutes - surprisngly to me it was a top of the line Cadillac which they paid for!. He followed up with me later that day to give me an update on my car, he even gave me is personal cell phone number in case I needed to reach him as well.
