Five Stars is NOT enough for these guys! On our way to Oregon from Floriday, our Ram 2500 developed a driveline issue. We drove to their dealership Where Jim and Alan looked at our vehicle and within a day had us back on road! The owner allowed us to put our camper for the night while our truck was being repaired. No one wants to deal with issues like this when traveling but this guy's made every effort to make our stay pleasant and get us back on the road. Thank you so much for helping us out when we needed it the most! Richard, Diane and Birdie More

Blackburn told me I need a new engine which is $5000 and that I would only get $2000 from them for my trade in. I feel like they were trying lying to me because I’m a woman. I have bought 3 or 4 vehicles from them since the 90’s and from Brother Blackburn himself. I will never go back to this place again . They have lost my business. More

would not recommend this place if you have to do would not recommend this place if you have to do business with the Service Manager, Henry. I called Blackburn a few days before I was planning on com would not recommend this place if you have to do business with the Service Manager, Henry. I called Blackburn a few days before I was planning on coming in to get my car serviced because I knew I needed a belt replaced and I wanted to make sure that the part was in stock before I arrived so my car would not be in the shop for several days. I asked to make an appointment but was told it was not necessary. I talked to Henry the Service Parts Manager and he informed me that the belt for my Nissan was in stock and it would be no problem to come the first of next week and they would get everything taken care of. I brought my car to the shop in the morning and in the afternoon I got a call saying the did not have a belt for my car and the part would need to be ordered. I asked what happened to the belt and Palmer (i think that was his name) said he had no idea so I asked for the manager to see if maybe he knew. The manager (Henry) told me he had no idea where the part was because he worked in service and not inventory or parts. I told the manager I called and talked to someone who said the belt was in stock and the manager asked who I talked to...it was him...Henry in the Service Department. He had absolutely no recollection of talking to me and confirming the part was in stock. He told me I don't know what happened to the part but the best we can do is order another one to come in tomorrow. I told him the whole reason I called ahead was so that my car would not have to sit in the shop and asked if he could tell me what happened to the belt that was previously in stock. He said he has to go to a managers meeting and he would ask the parts manager. The parts manager forgot he put the belt aside for my car. I also asked for a quote on my car for work documentation where the guard rail had come down on the drivers side and scratched the paint as well as leaving paint scuffs. I was not given a quote. I was told that they just buffed it out, however I was not asked before hand if that was okay. There are still scratches in my car, deeper than just paint, from the guard rail and I cannot get another quote because the damage is only partially taken off and the work was not even completely finished. I would definitely not recommend this place to get your car repaired as they do not keep an inventory of what they have and the communication between departments is non-existent according to Henry. Went to test drive a Rogue. Salesman was very pleasant and a pleasure to talk to; however, after I was given a quote including a value for my trade-in, he had to get his Sales Manager who applied lots of and a pleasure to talk to; however, after I was given a quote including a value for my trade-in, he had to get his Sales Manager who applied lots of pressure on me to purchase a car right then. He said he had a wife and kids to feed... then he said the salesman, who happened to be black, probably had 10 or 12 kids he had to feed! The high pressure sales push was uncalled for, but the Obvious RACIST comments were extremely offensive! You lost this sale... More

Repair required an extra night in Vicksburg and we were loaned a vehicle. Very professional group led by Daniel Cartwright with work performed by Alan Kleinman. Problem solved after much deliberation. I would highly recommend this service department. Best service I’ve received in years, appreciated even more since we were over 2,400 miles from home. Thank you, ALL! More
Bad service department I am from out of state and was having trouble on my trip and stopped at this dealership to have a repair performed under warranty. The dealership said I am from out of state and was having trouble on my trip and stopped at this dealership to have a repair performed under warranty. The dealership said I would have to pay them for the repair and get Dodge to reimburse me. When I said no they became rude and said they would not return my vehicle to me until I paid them for putting it on the computer. I am a woman and I believe they thought they could trick me. Very disappointed in this dealership!!!! More
Fraud Went to get my oil changed in my 2014 Juke and was confronted by a salesman as soon as I got out of the car. Of course he could put me in a new 2015 Juke updated with all the things mine didn't have and keep the note around the same. Don't fall for that ended up 82.00 more. I had bought a GAP and a Extended Service Contract up to 75,000 miles on the 2014. Blackburn sent me a refund check for 334.86 saying Gap and Service Contact Cancellation refund less down payment. I told the salesman when buying the car I had nothing to pay down. Then I received two letters in the mail saying Blackburn received 1112.78 refund on my Service Contact and 422.08 on my Gap so where is my 1200.00?? I called and a lady answered and from what I got they have no accounting department the guys there take care of all the sales and paperwork. Think how much money they make of doing this to customers. That was my 1200.00 not a down payment. Watch the paperwork people you sign over there. the guy that did this to me wouldn't get on the phone to talk to me. I'm not done going over there heads!! More
