Was promised my car would be done in about 2 hours....before noon. I finally went to the dealership and no one knew why it wasn't done. Finally at nearly 2:30 it was done. REDICULOUS! No issues with the repairs, they just pushed it to the back burner because "they didn't think I needed my car before noon". I told them twice that I did! The guy who looks like he is in charge of service has less customer service skills than my little toe. Cold fish, rude, non-caring. While I waited one very nice saleslady visited with me. Even tried to get me to look at a new car. Nicely done. Sadly, I made a point of looking at all vehicles in their showroom, sitting in them, opening doors, and NO ONE asked if I needed help! Many salespeople walked by with no expression on their faces. They would likely sell more cars if they actually went up to people like me looking at vehicles and said something crazy like "How do you like this Bronco? We can take it for a test drive!". Instead, I walked out. Dumb sales tactic. Anyway, this is a cold, heartless, unfriendly dealership. I'd easily drive to Denver (800 miles away) to buy a new Ford before I'd buy from Bison. HORRIBLE! Didn't respond for 6 days, bought a vehicle elsewhere from someone who actually wanted my business. Won't be considering this place in the future either. from someone who actually wanted my business. Won't be considering this place in the future either. More

All went fairly well, of course you had your basic low-ball offers on trades and refusal to come down off their asking price of their vehicles but that’s to be expected when dealing with dealerships.. we worked out our deal and I felt it was pretty fair by the end, but that’s not where my poor review comes in. Three months after the purchase I get a call from the sales person we worked with asking if I wanted to schedule an appointment for my first maintenance. I let her know I already had the oil changed but I had an issue rotating the tires, local shop I took it to couldn’t get the lugs off because the lug key Bison gave me was the wrong one. They could get them off but we’re going to charge me $120 for new lugs. so I was planning on getting in touch with Bison anyway to see if I could come in and swap out the lug key for the correct one. This is where the run around came into play. She started asking me if I even received a key from them and “it was a used vehicle are you sure we gave you one?” I specifically remember getting the last few things out of the pickup I was trading and putting it over into the new one when she came out with the key and said, “ here’s your lug key for your tires, you’ll need this” anyway she said she would talk with the parts guys and call me back. I never got a call back so a couple weeks later I call them back and again asked if I could swing by to swap out lug keys. Parts guy tells me I would have to talk with the sales department because it was “worked in a deal” (as if a 12 dollar item is that big of deal that it needed to be worked out in a deal) he transferred me to the manager of sales and the run around continued. Manager says he would have to talk with the sales person and she was off that day. Again was told I would get a call back when they found something out. At this point it turned into a stubbornness thing for me, I just bought a $50k pickup from these guys and I can’t even get a tire rotation done because of a ridiculous 12 dollar key that they refuse to just let me come down and swap out. Or have it in the shop and they can make it right by putting new lugs on or whatever, they refused to work with me after the deal was done. Fast forward, my tires are now shot. It’s 11 months later and the tires were shot after 6 months, I did purchase the correct key and new set of tires recently but haven’t put them on yet (just trying to get as much out of the tires that came on it). I tried to give Bison one more chance to show some sort of moral business ethics, because I was contemplating purchasing a new diesel from them but was still frustrated with how the last deal went and they failed. Miserably. I called them back to see if they would be willing to mount and balance my new tires that I had to purchase because the new tires that were on the truck when I bought it couldn’t get rotated without another expense that I felt was on them for giving me the wrong lug key to begin with and gave me the run around when I asked if I could just swap it out for the right one. The run around still continues and they refuse to make anything right.. bottom line is Bison lost my business for future purchases three months after my original deal all because of a ridiculous 12 dollar item. It just shows they don’t care about their customers after they walk out the door and I will not be returning. More
Poor service The first time I went there for the works. Oil change, tire rotation etc. they decided on their own to not rotate the tires. But they still charged me The first time I went there for the works. Oil change, tire rotation etc. they decided on their own to not rotate the tires. But they still charged me for it. The next time I went to get some work done they charged 10.00 more than the quote I got. And nobody would tell me why. My daughter bought a new vehicle from them and they lowballed her on the trade in. Blue book showed it was worth $12,000.00 trade in value but they used auction value of $8,000.00 . They sol it for just under $15,000.00 I have never heard of using auction value before. I’ve mentioned that to several people and they said the same thing happed to them and they just walked away. l sure won’t use them again. More
