Service was good and the staff was friendly and easy to work with. I was not a fan of the "Best Price" policy. You would think there is always room to work on a vehicle's price. I am extremely satisfied with every part of the buying process of my new vehicle. This is my second time purchasing with Bismarck Motor Company and I have had them serviced here as well. We were looking for a four wheel drive vihicle and decided on a Honda Pilot. We have had Honda products before and were satisfied with them. George Anderson is an excellant salesman. I brought my 2006 Titan in for some minor repairs and that afternoon I drove off the lot with a new 2012 Titan. George was professional and friendly. Shad Kusler was the salesperson I worked with at Bismarck Motor Company, and he was wonderful to work with. I was initially looking at used vans with low mileage, as I didn't think I could afford a new van. Motor Company, and he was wonderful to work with. I was initially looking at used vans with low mileage, as I didn't think I could afford a new van. After we visited a bit, Shad suggested I look at a new 2011 Nissan Quest that was on the lot. It was priced lower than the used vehicles I had been considering. It was actually just what I wanted but didn't think I could afford. Shad answered all my questions and provided me with a great deal of information, and has continued to follow up with me to make sure the Quest if living up to my expectations. I worked with Corey Jesser to arrange for my financing. He, too, was great to work with. He very clearly explained the documents I was signing and what my obligation would be. Corey provided me with information about a number of additional warranties and services I could purchase. He did not pressure me to sign up for these, just made me aware of them and what each would add to my monthly payment. I had a 1994 car that I had owned for several years. I decided over a year ago that I would begin research into purchasing a new vehicle. After perusing all of the major dealerships and available vehic decided over a year ago that I would begin research into purchasing a new vehicle. After perusing all of the major dealerships and available vehicles in Bismarck and several auto reviews, I narrowed my final search to three dealerships. I ultimately chose Bismarck Motor Company (BMC). As a single woman who conducts her own business affairs, I appreciated the "Best Price" sales approach BMC offered. As a consumer I'm certain that we all have the perception of the swarmy, unethical image of car salespeople. When I had determined the auto I was interested in purchasing, I telephone the dealership to inquire about the availability. I was asked if I was working with any salesperson. I was not and was connected to George Anderson. Mr. Anderson exceeded all of my expectations of a salesperson. I was prepared to walk out and take my business elsewhere if I was not satisfied. This young man is polite, forthcoming, and simply worked hard to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase experience. I would recommend Mr. Anderson as an honest, ethical salesperson to work with -- without the slightest hint of hesitation. To conclude, I was pleasantly surprised and drove away as a satisfied customer. More
