I recently purchased a new vehicle from Bismarck Motor Company and had Shad Kusler for a salesman with Lance Meyer in the finance end of it. I had been searching online so had a fair idea of what I wanted but had not driven any of them when I went to see them. I had also found out what the cars I was interested in sold for in various locations, trying to be informed as well as save money. When I finally made my decision Shad told me the price including all the discounts, and even a 500.00 one I did not know about and that had come out before I actually got the paperwork finished up. When I went to get the car it was all cleaned up, filled with a full gas tank, paired my cell phone with the hands free option for me, showed me all the gadgets, and gave me several coupons for discounts for oil changes and gas fills. These guys bent over backwards to please me and did so very well. They have my vote if you want a couple of good guys to deal with. More

I first contacted Bismarck Motor Company for a price quote on several vehicles. I was tentatively thinking about trading my current vehicle (Hyundai Elantra). At this point, I still was unsure whether or not I wanted to trade my Elantra, since I liked it so much. George was very knowledegable and extremely helpful and he gave me the best options to consider. I was very pleased working with him. He is excellent to work with and very very nice. I would recommend him to anyone. After leaving the dealership, I discussed the issue with my husband and we decided to trade our Elantra. I called George and told him we wanted the Nissan Juke and by the end of the day, we were able to sign the appropriate documents and drive away in our new vehicle. George went above and beyond the call of "duty" to find the best deal for us and to accomodate our needs and wants. The whole process took much less time than I anticipated and it was a very positive experience. We also worked with Cory Jesser when George was tied up with other customers. Cory was also extremely nice to work with and very accomodating. In the future if the need should arise, I would not hestitate to contact George (and/or Cory) again. More

I decide my next car would be something different other than a ford, not that we have bad luck with them, but I was just ready for a change. I recently bought a 2012 Nissan Murano from Bismarck Motor Company. I had been looking to upgrade my car to an SUV for quite awhile, but was having trouble finding the one I wanted. When I went into BMC I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. My salesman, Tom Briese, was excellent! He discussed with me the ins and outs of the Murano, and promptly answered any questions I had about the vehicle's features. Being that buying a car is a very big decision, I definitely took my time in deciding if this was the vehicle for me. I talked with Tom for a few hours the evening I was in the dealership, and not once did I ever feel like he was pushing me into making a decision one way or the other. After the sale was completed, Tom introduced me to the managers, and gave me a tour of the building so I knew where to go if I returned for service work, questions, or any other reason. Overall, I was very pleased with my decision to do business with Bismarck Motor Company and will return to them in the future. More

I was able to communicate with the dealership on line to start the process of leasing a new vehicle. Mr. Kusler was respectful of my wishes to stay within my budget, and upgrade my current lease from a 200 start the process of leasing a new vehicle. Mr. Kusler was respectful of my wishes to stay within my budget, and upgrade my current lease from a 2009 Nissan to a 2013 Nissan. I was very impressed with the respectfulness of every employee in the dealership, from the service department who swithched over my Blizzak tires at no charge, to the financial manager who made the entire process effortless. There was a sense that every person who walked in the door was a valuable person, not just a customer, and the staff was friendly and seemed to be happy to be there! I had been told by friends/customers of this business that they want a person's business, and that they will work with you at helping you get into a vehicle that you want, and I found that to be true. I had a pleasant experience and will highly recommend this business to all! More
