He reviewed the operation of the Blue Link essentials and the Blue Tooth system. He even let us call in an emergency to see how it would have been handled if it was an actual emergency. We were interested in the Honda Pilot series. Rob Nagle thoroughly explained each series and the differences between the 4 Pilots. Mark at Bismarck motor company was a incredibly helpful sales rep. The night we came in to check out vehicles was very cold and snowy and late. Mark was more than willing to go and find the vehicle, make sure it was pulled up to the door and warmed despite the fact that we told him it was ok and we would just go out and look at the car. He joined us for our test drive and answered any questions we had about the car. All this is great but the thing that made this buying experience so wonderful was that the service did not end when we agreed to purchase the car. We were needing to get an estimate for a repair that this auto needed before we signed any papers Mark set up an appt to get an estimate for us right away in the am and called with the estimate. After getting our approval Mark took care of all the arrangement to get the vehicle into the shop and fixed before we picked it up the next day. This saved me so much time and stress so I could focus on my work instead of dealing with all this. This has make this one of the best buying experiences. The other thing I think that makes this extradorinay is that we were not purchasing an expensive vehicle and we were treated like we bought the most expensive car on the lot.
