This was my first ever purchase from Bismarck Motor Company (Hyundai). I worked with Parker at the Hyundai Mandan location. Parker made sure to have every vehicle ready and waiting for my visit. He was knowledgable about the different cars and made recommendations based on my needs/wants. I ultimately I ended up with a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade and could not be happier. They didn’t have the color I wanted but were able to hold one for me that was coming in. They gave me exactly what I had in mind for my trade, applied incentives and took care of everything. The car had a very small rock chip from transit and they had it in an out of the body shop in a day and half looking brand new. I likely would not have even noticed the rock chip but it says a lot about the businesses integrity to point it out and have the entire hood painted. Parker spent an hour reviewing all the options, connectivity and making sure it was ready and adjusted to my needs before I left the lot. In the past I have had to take my new cars and figure it out so this part was very helpful! Everyone I worked with during the deal from sales to finance were amazing.
