Parker Oswald helped me every step of the way for nearly 2 months from narrowing down my search, to sending me in-depth, personalized videos of any car that I was interested in. I live out of town and work during the dealership hours so he helped me do 90% of the process over text message which was SUPER convenient. The few calls we did have were quick and to the point, I never felt confused or like I was being taken advantage of. He even helped me on his days off.
