2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee All in all, I love the car. Only issue was after signing I discovered the Mopar rock rails (a $900 option that was advertised on their website), w All in all, I love the car. Only issue was after signing I discovered the Mopar rock rails (a $900 option that was advertised on their website), were replaced with factory plastic panels. The rock rails were itemized on the original window sticker and I understand if the original owner had removed them, but the dealership also advertised them on their sale add which leads me to think it was overlooked when they posted the many options that came with this vehicle on Carfax. The manager did come out and look at it, appologized and said, being a used car, they cannot be responsible for the way the vehicles are given to us. It was just a little frustrating but the car was in excellent shape! More

First Service First, let me say that everyone at Essence has alway been fantastic to deal with. Very professional, easy to work with and they sell a great product. First, let me say that everyone at Essence has alway been fantastic to deal with. Very professional, easy to work with and they sell a great product. I bought my car in for its first (10K) service, they were ready for me at the appointed time, completed the necessary service and had my car back in the promised time frame. I am probably being picky here, but when I got my car back the exterior was filthy. Granted, it had rained the days prior so it was dirty when I brought it in, but I can’t recall a time when my car wasn’t at least run through the wash. I wasn’t expecting a full detail, just a basic wash. Out of curiosity, I brought it up to the service tech and was told they could do it but that it would be 90 minutes if I wanted to wait. Anyway, great dealer, great work on the car, I guess I was just a little disappointed at the end given that they are a fairly high end dealership and it just what I had grown accustomed to. More
