Unwanted business I found the car online and was emailing the salesman before visiting. Once Igot to the dealership with my father we were treated very unprofessionally I found the car online and was emailing the salesman before visiting. Once Igot to the dealership with my father we were treated very unprofessionally. We were never invited to sit at the salesmans desk, or offered water. When we did express interest in a specific vehicle we were asked to provide proof insurance before test driving. Maybe this is the norm at a luxury dealership however we felt as if our business was unwanted. It took them almost 30 minutes to fill the car up with gas before we could test drive it. And we did go for a test drive the salesman didn't come with! He gave us the keys and directions where to go. Honestly, I loved the car and was ready to sit down and talk details but the salesman went straight to asking if I would be paying cash or financing. I was already pre-approved but he didn't give me a chance to explain that before telling me the price is firm and he would not budge on it. I wasn't looking for much off but the fact that he didn't even want to hear us out or sit down in at a desk and go over specs and financing made us feel unwelcomed. I wish I had another salesman who took the time to listen to us and show us the respect and attention other dealerships provide. More
