I saw a 2018 Alfa Romero Guilia online and immediately made my way to Essence Alfa Romero/Maserati to see it. Upon entering the dealership, I was immediately impressed by the way it was set up w/many comp made my way to Essence Alfa Romero/Maserati to see it. Upon entering the dealership, I was immediately impressed by the way it was set up w/many computer stations for customers to view inventory options as well as fill out the online credit application which took less than 5 mins to fill out! I was greeted immediately by the receptionist who paired me w/Ken Workman. Ken was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle, it's varied options and trim levels. Once I chose the vehicle the process of buying it was the most efficient car buying experience to date. I had an approval and payment offer in less than 30 min. Because of my work schedule, I needed to be able to get in and out of finance as quickly as possible and Ken made sure that was possible. When I returned to sign for my vehicle, from door to driver seat was again, no more than 30 min. I was paired w/Amanda who handled the contracting paperwork and she was just as professional, knowledgeable and efficient as Ken. All said, I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience and this is coming FROM a car salesman so trust me when I say you will be doing yourself a great service by calling Ken if you are in the market for one if the vehicles in their inventory!
