Called in advance to book my service appointment. Was told it wouldn’t take longer than 30 min. Showed up on time and left over 2 hours later. Had to take several business calls from the lobby. I was concerned because my car had a battery issue on a Friday and I would need a car for Monday. They assured me if they had to keep my car they would get me a car. They were able to get me the car on S Friday and I would need a car for Monday. They assured me if they had to keep my car they would get me a car.
