Buyer Beware We typically do our due diligence whenever we choose a vendor to ensure the company is on the up and up. We red all the reviews which were mostly negative but decided to take a chance and buy a car from this dealership. After all was said and done, the reviews were right on track, this is a shady dealership who doesn't do what they say and the car I procured had numerous issues. The car had warning lights illuminated and was told they had changed the battery (which they never did) and it would take 100 mile for it to re-calibrate. It had been driven 1200 miles and all the lights remained illuminated. One of the tires had a screw in the side wall which had to be replaced immediately. Ken Workman agreed to pay for the new tire and then reneged and said it was at my expense which was blamed on the GM. I took it to a dealership in Orlando(Maserati of Orlando) to get the warning light issues addressed to find the whole computer system had to be updated to the original date in an effort for the dash to even work properly. My salesman (Ken Workman) didn't even know how things worked in the vehicle to explain it to us nor provided a owners manual.. We received all the pertinent information upon going to the Orlando dealership where they were more than helpful. This was my first Maserati purchase and trust me, I will never go back to Essence for anything. So, the long and short, always rely on the reviews from he consumer, they are m mostly likely spot on. STAY AWAY FORM THIS PLACE! More
