He showed a genuine interest and understanding of what I desired and matched me with a stunning Alfa Romeo Giulia. It was love at first sight. With my credit previously established online, the time spent at the dealership was amazingly short. This operation makes the buying process enjoyable. I made an appointment to get my yearly service, which went great. A couple days later my check engine light came on so I made another appointment for Thursday October 8th. I was told that it takes 30 min went great. A couple days later my check engine light came on so I made another appointment for Thursday October 8th. I was told that it takes 30 mins to hook it up to the diagnostic machine and a day to figure it out. I called at the end of the business day that Thursday, and was told 2 days. Today is day four and my car has still not been touched. Why make an appointment if the time slot is not for me. Inexcusable!! If i had known that it was going to take longer than a day I would have taken my car to another dealer. More
