. Good Evening, We appreciate your thoughts and concerns; I would like to add that we refunded you over $300 as you informed me you had been out of work due to COVID-19. This is above and beyond what we normally do. Kim our Service Writer did explain in detail what your vehicle needed; you approved the work to be performed per the recorded conversation. Because you had a service contract that covered $120 and you are out of work, we did the best we could to help. I do apologize it was not in the amount of $500 you wanted. I would also like to point out that on our phone call you gave Kim accolades and said she was fantastic to work with. I understand times are hard and we really did try to accommodate you in your time of need. Hi Carson I called you twice on friday and left voicemessage. Your collegue priston informed you are there in office. What is the point of asking me to call you? I never mentioned about Kim in the previous phone call with you that she is fantastic. You yourself created that one, I am ready to listen the call recording also. Carson, there should be perfect communication to the customers. All the customers believe that if they have service contract the maintenance will be covered. If it is not covered you or your representative should inform the customer that this is not covered and You have to pay the charges. I work very hard to earn money and I cant just pay something because of lack of your representative Miscommunication which you accepted in the phone. What is the point of taking the service contract by paying? I will reach out to Alfa Romeo Global Service regarding the same. Anyways as you ignored my calls, you can ignore this msg too.
