Purchase in Texas I saw a car online that I was interested in and first reached out online to determine its availability. I literally then made a decision within two days, paid via wire and flew down earlynthe next morning to inspect and pick up the car. AJ had a driver waiting for me at LUV Field. We drove to the dealership where I did the paperwork and drove home. All in all it was a very pleasant and easy experience. More
Service contract issues with Danny at finance dept I knew that I had prepaid for Dentguard including the tire protection. Dentguard couldn’t find me in their system. I went to the dealership to see wha I knew that I had prepaid for Dentguard including the tire protection. Dentguard couldn’t find me in their system. I went to the dealership to see what’s going on. Danny said it seems like you didn’t get the full protection. He was supposed to look into it and call me on Monday. I had to call him to track him down. He said I would have to pay the price difference. He had given me a new set of print outs of my various prepaid services. I happened to look at them on Thursday then I see on those it says that I have all the coverage. I went back to the dealership and talk to Ben. He checked and checked out my new print outs and said you are covered. He wasn’t sure why Danny had missed it. My car sat in the service department from Friday evening until Thursday of the following week. They took a tire off of a new car to put on my car which was great. My disappointment was Danny’s short comings. I don’t think he knew what he was doing other than trying to charge me more money for what I had already paid for. I guess getting more money was easier than looking up the accurate records. Not only that he never called me when he said he would, and not return my call. I found that unprofessional. I adore Kirk and and Ben and everyone in the service department. Danny needs more training. I told Ben I had to go to Houston on Saturday and needed my car. He made it happen. Thank you Ben for taking care of me. Thank you Danny for waisting my time. More
