SOLD A CAR THATS WORTH NOTHING. In the beginning I had great experience. I was dealing with a young lady that no longer works there. Afterwards I dealt with another young gentleman (no longer employed there) who began to make the experience unpleasant. He tried to get me to sign papers on the car without providing history (Carfax) or answer my questions. He did eventually bring the Carfax and from what I read, it was a clean history. I then asked for a different sales person to further improve the experience. I did purchase my car in March of 2023. September 4, 2024 I went in to look at cars with the possibility of trading my car. To my surprise they only wanted to give me $1000-$1500 for my car. Unfortunately I could not understand why they were not offering me more for my car. After being turned down, I went to another dealership to get a second opinion. After providing the VIN for my car to them, they let me know that they did not want to purchase the car and provided me with the CARFAX to show me the reasons why. The car had STRUCTUAL DAMAGE reported in 2015 and they did not want to purchase the car from me as it would be a loss for them. I then reach back out to Bisbee to ask them about the information on the Carfax that I had never seen before. The gentleman assured me that they do not resale cars with structural damages. Also stated that he would look into it. My trust is very low with them and my question is what is the next steps because it seems the truth about the condition of the car was hidden. Now when trying to trade it in, the car has NO VALUE! I'm just hoping to get this resolved sooner than later. P.S.: I'm not saying they are a bad dealership. What I will say is, make sure your sales rep is being truthful and cares about your needs/wants in a car and not just a sale. More
