Pleasant!!! My dealer was Stephen Whitlock. He made all needed verifications and did all the paperwork before I even arrived in order to get me in and out because My dealer was Stephen Whitlock. He was very pleasant, understanding and patient. Even at the hint of hesitation of a hiccup, he kept us calm and assured us that we would be taken care of and was true to his word. I would highly recommend him and the dealership as a whole to do business with again. The whole staff was VERY pleasant! I'm satisfied with my purchase and couldn't be more happy!!!!! More

Go see Stephen! I just moved to Birmingham and was in need of a car quickly within a specific budget. I had shopped around at a few other dealerships and hadn't found I just moved to Birmingham and was in need of a car quickly within a specific budget. I had shopped around at a few other dealerships and hadn't found a car that fit my budget and wants. I stumbled upon Birmingham luxury motors (BLM) when searching on car gurus and they had a big selection of cars within my price range so I thought I would give them a shot. Stephen helped me out with finding a car and we was awesome. There was no pressure, and he really worked hard to find me a car that fit my budget and needs. I'm kind of a picky person when it comes to cars and he was running out into the lot during a heavy rainstorm just to get me cars that he thought I would like. Talk about customer service! The only thing you should know is the prices listed are not very negotiable, believe me I tried, but they are reasonable. I would highly recommend going to see Stephen if you're looking for your next car. More

Great selection even better Staff!! Ali and Murad were great. Everything from the greeting, the conversation, the test drives, and down to the purchase! Horrible Experience Bought a car from here a few months ago and while they say that they inspect all the cars before selling them, I am fairly certain mine was not inspec Bought a car from here a few months ago and while they say that they inspect all the cars before selling them, I am fairly certain mine was not inspected. I had rust on my rotors which started off as a small shimmy while stopping, but grew into a larger issue. Once I took it to the shop I had to have the the rotors replaced and the pads replaced. Had this gone through a normal inspection it would have been caught. Also, I was told my tires we good on the car but once I took it to the shop they were at 3/32s, which is legal, but still not enough trend to last any significant amount of time. Very unhappy with my experience. Highly recommend that people stay away from this dealership. More
