Pleasant!!! My dealer was Stephen Whitlock. He made all needed verifications and did all the paperwork before I even arrived in order to get me in and out because My dealer was Stephen Whitlock. He made all needed verifications and did all the paperwork before I even arrived in order to get me in and out because I so hate sitting in dealerships all day. He was very pleasant, understanding and patient. Even at the hint of hesitation of a hiccup, he kept us calm and assured us that we would be taken care of and was true to his word. Go see Stephen! I just moved to Birmingham and was in need of a car quickly within a specific budget. I had shopped around at a few other dealerships and hadn't found I just moved to Birmingham and was in need of a car quickly within a specific budget. I had shopped around at a few other dealerships and hadn't found a car that fit my budget and wants. I stumbled upon Birmingham luxury motors (BLM) when searching on car gurus and they had a big selection of cars within my price range so I thought I would give them a shot. Stephen helped me out with finding a car and we was awesome. There was no pressure, and he really worked hard to find me a car that fit my budget and needs. I'm kind of a picky person when it comes to cars and he was running out into the lot during a heavy rainstorm just to get me cars that he thought I would like. Talk about customer service! The only thing you should know is the prices listed are not very negotiable, believe me I tried, but they are reasonable. I would highly recommend going to see Stephen if you're looking for your next car. More

The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because there was a piece of the interior missing that was on the website posting. BUT they are working on getting it for us. Keep up the great work guys!
