He worked so well with me, being a first time buyer and no credit history. Melvin Ervin made sure I walked out of Birmingham Luxury Motors, with the keys to the car I wanted. He wasn't pushy like some of the other dealerships that said, "No, you can't have this car, how about checking out this car over here or over there thats a lesser value."
