Tom made this experience really easy and I did not feel pushed into a corner . The finance department worked with me to get a better APR than the bank and I was able to get the SUV I wanted. I was in and out in a couple hours ! They even helped me get my rental car back. The thing I really enjoy about this dealership is that all of their cars are really clean and smell nice so you really get that brand new car feel . More

We contacted Ali at Birmingham luxury motors (south side location) and he was super helpful & sent a car fax, vehicle summary, and other info & just said to let him know if we wanted to test drive it. We decided to come on in & we had an awesome experience! We drove out in our new SUV the same afternoon without ever once being pressured or haggled or followed around the lot by a sales person! We got a very reasonable out the door price (They are very upfront about the out the door pricing. He gave us a handout with the sales tax and everything included before we even test drove so we knew exactly what it would be!) I would 10/10 recommend this dealership! More
