I enjoyed that there wasn’t a pressure to buy any vehicle. Kali let me look at as many vehicles I wanted. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and auto loan process and trade in. If you are from out of town and not using them to finance the purchase don’t bother with this dealership. Last Saturday morning I called to inquire about a vehicle and spoke with Warren. We did a FaceTime ca the purchase don’t bother with this dealership. Last Saturday morning I called to inquire about a vehicle and spoke with Warren. We did a FaceTime call to show us the vehicle. Agreed on the price and submitted the online application for financing like they requested. Unfortunately they came back with an insane interest rate of 7.34% and wanted over $13k down and said that was the best they could do. I called my credit union and gave them the details of the vehicle but since they were closing in 10mins and Monday was a federal holiday Tuesday morning was the earliest I would get an answer. So I waited. I offered to put a deposit on the vehicle because I knew I wanted it and knew financing with my bank was not going to be a problem, but was told they do not accept deposits on vehicles when getting financing outside of them. FYI when you don’t finance with them they increase the price another $500 and then another $500 if you aren’t trading anything, but I never even haggled with them over that because their website does clearly state those discounts. Tuesday comes and by noon I texted Warren to let him know everything was approved with the bank and asked was the vehicle still available. With an interest rate 2.5% lower and no money down mind you. He replied that it was. I sent him the list of the documents the bank was requesting and told him I’d give the final numbers with the taxes and everything and have the final approval to him shortly. This was at 12:07pm. At 12:40pm I receive the following text “My coworker just got someone approved and they put a deposit on it. Sorry” So basically because someone was there in person and willing to finance with them they sold the vehicle out from under me. Terrible customer service, my complaint isn’t with Warren but with the policies of this dealership. Never again will I even bother looking at any vehicles they have listed for sale. So if you are an out of town buyer and have no interest in financing with them STAY AWAY. More
They advertised a special for Memorial weekend that was free shipping up to 500 miles. When I called to ask about it on Memorial day, they told me it would have to be on the transport that day to get the s free shipping up to 500 miles. Seems like false advertising to me to advertise a special that they will not honor. If they are going to advertise that special they should honor it if the car is purchased that day, or if you put money down on a purchase etc.. and not necessarily if it can get on the transport that day. They told me it would be $1000 to ship the car and at least a week to get on the transport. I did not call them back after that More
