Dear Regina, We apologize for the inconvenience you’ve had. Customer Service is our top priority and we go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, beyond that which is customary in the used car business. Used car dealerships sell their cars “as is”. Our cars go through a thorough check both at the dealership respective of the make of the car, and in house at our lot, before we deem them ready for the sales floor. With used cars however, sometimes things show up that could not have been detected or anticipated before. To that end, Melvin and Stephanie took measures to replace a set of tires per your request. The tires were being replaced while you returned home to pick up your check to complete the sales transaction. Once replaced, we understand that you were dissatisfied with the mismatched tires; therefore, as a courtesy, Melvin agreed to contribute $260 towards a set of tires of your choice, replaced at a place of your choice. Instead, we paid $300 to the shop directly so that we met you halfway. In addition, we replaced the rotors per your request, and performed cosmetic work on the bumper although the price of the car was adjusted to reflect that microscopically minor bumper misalignment. Despite providing the best value within a 100-mile radius, we take measures to ensure customer satisfaction. We regret that you left dissatisfied and hope that you give us an opportunity in the future to turn that experience around for you.
