Repaired and loving it! I purchased a 2014 Infinity M37 from Mr. Melvin Ervin yesterday. I originally went in looking for a 2013 Malibu with the sports package but unfortuna I purchased a 2014 Infinity M37 from Mr. Melvin Ervin yesterday. I originally went in looking for a 2013 Malibu with the sports package but unfortunately Mr. Melvin didn't have one but suggested the Infinity instead. All time spent with Mr. Melvin was above and beyond any other dealership I have ever dealt with. He took the time, explained everything in detail and took incredible care of me! Every employer should be blessed enough to have an employee who genuinely cares about his customers as much as Mr. Melvin does. I cannot express enough how pleased I was with him!! The down side is, the very next day after the wedding of my best friends daughter, I started the car when I heard 3 loud popping sounds as the steering wheel lowered itself. The steering column has busted and plastic pieces were in my floorboard!! I called Mr. Melvin and sent pics and he showed it to the service department who told him it was safe to drive back to Birmingham Luxury Motors so I attempted too but never made it. The car felt like it had no power steering and after Melvin sent a tow truck and a replacement vehicle it is still currently being fixed in the Infinity shop. I'll update when I know more. Update: My car was repaired as promised and running smoothly. Birmingham Luxury Motors did as they promised. Thank you! More
