Worst car buying experience I have not and will not EVER recommend this car lot to anyone. Bought a 2013 Lexus ES350. Melvin agreed that my concerns about the tires would be addr I have not and will not EVER recommend this car lot to anyone. Bought a 2013 Lexus ES350. Melvin agreed that my concerns about the tires would be addressed before finalizing the purchase. I had to travel back to Montgomery to pick up the check for the vehicle purchase. Upon retuning to the dealership, Melvin and Stephanie assured me that tires had been fixed. The tires on the car were still in bad condition and Melvin agreed to go half one a new set. Promised to mail the check and assured me that the check was in mail when I called on Monday. Called back On Thursday and the check still had not been mailed. This dealership put me and my vehicle in danger by allowing me to travel over 100 miles on tires with the tread already separating. I would recommend that if you visit this lot, take someone who is very knowledgeable about cars. Otherwise, you will be taken advantage of and you'll find that the friendly talk ends when you start voicing concerns and/or complaints. Won't ever buy anything else from this dealership and even though many people have asked me about my recent purchase, I'm not recommending them to anyone....EVER. More
