I had best experience ever Birmingham Luxury Motors is one best car dealerships in the Birmingham Downtown area. The prices are great and reasonable. The inside of the building is nice, clean, and luxurous. The staff there is great. Specifically, The Sales Manager Melvin Ervin, he is the man to see. He was very helpful, friendly, and understanding. He will negotiate to get you the best price options. I came in specifically wanting to purchase the KIA Optima. He worked so well with me, being a first time buyer and no credit history. Melvin Ervin made sure I walked out of Birmingham Luxury Motors, with the keys to the car I wanted. He wasn't pushy like some of the other dealerships that said, "No, you can't have this car, how about checking out this car over here or over there thats a lesser value." Great service, awesome people! I recently bought a new 2014 Honda Civic. The hubcaps were scratched, but the dealer offered to replace them for free. Next day I went in, and got the I recently bought a new 2014 Honda Civic. The hubcaps were scratched, but the dealer offered to replace them for free. Next day I went in, and got them replaced, no hassle. Also replaced a tire with a nail in it for free. 10/10 service, would buy from them again. More
