The application process was simple and I was out of the dealership with my new vehicle in around 45 minutes. Warren went the extra mile, contacting me prior to my visit to let me know that another gentleman was taking the RAV out for a test drive so that I didn’t drive 40 miles for nothing. He then called again to tell me that the vehicle was still available. Now, that is treating somebody as more than a “sale”!
