Took my car in about 7 moths ago for drive train replacement and they were excellent. Everyone was super helpful and nice. Brought it home and after approximately a week or so noticed oil on my driv replacement and they were excellent. Everyone was super helpful and nice. They looked at it and said there was something settling, so tightened that and to keep an eye on it and bring it back in if I noticed anything, it started leaking again and worse than before. The oil light would come on and off. Took it back to thie dealership, along with receipt. The original service manager wasn’t there and the one that took his place barely looked at the receipt and told me, before I could explain my problem, “Mr. Billy Wood said they did not work on cars 10 years or older.” I was floored! Needless to say they have gotten the last penny from me. I had never heard of such. Great way to sell cars though! More

This by far the best dealership I had to deal with. The dealership was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and greeted with warm smiles. Won't stand by their agreement. I purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V January 2018 and won the 200.00 on Facebook for liking their page for service. I have had 3 loaners and new tires in one I purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V January 2018 and won the 200.00 on Facebook for liking their page for service. I have had 3 loaners and new tires in one year. I sat in the dealership on Friday February 1st from 1 PM to 5 pm trying to get out of this vehicle into another one. Then I sat in the dealership yesterday February 4th from 10 am to 3 pm and when it came time to sign the agreement it wasn't for what we agreed upon. First off they left the oil cap off after it was serviced and it completely quit on me and had to be towed. Then they stated that I needed new tires because my tires were culpling. They finally agreed to pay for 2 after I kept on and on complaining. Then I was stranded at Hobby Lobby in the pouring rain because when I went to get in it all the lights and instrument panel was flashing and blinking. They had to come and get me again. They said it just needed reprogrammed. Well it happened again Friday February 4th and that's when I realized that I needed to get out of the vehicle. It's sad how a company can do this to someone. I'm sure I'm not the only one who got taking advantage of and treated unfairly. If I can help just one person from being treated unfairly, then I've done my job. Incompetent Terrible dealership. I was in contact with the "internet sales manager", Kio, for 3 days. On a Thursday afternoon, I informed her that I would be in Terrible dealership. I was in contact with the "internet sales manager", Kio, for 3 days. On a Thursday afternoon, I informed her that I would be in when they opened on Friday morning. We had already discussed price and that I was visiting the dealership from out of town. I arrived about 5 minutes before the dealership opened, a young sales guy greeted me and asked what I was interested in. I informed him that I had scheduled to look at a specific vehivve, he said the vehicle was not on the lot and that he thinks a customer borrowed it. 10 minutes later he said that the vehicle was on the lot, he went to get it when he pulled up it had leaves and dirt all over it. I test drove it, there were over 33k miles on it, but it was advertised as CPO with only 22k miles. I was ready to purchase. As I was waiting on a finance manager to become available, the internet sales person, that I had spoken with in the days prior, showed up, shook my hand, and disappeared. The young sales guy kept coming over saying that the finance manager was in a meeting and acting like he didnt know what a pre-approval from Capital One Auto Finance was. A few minutes after tbat someone (I believe it was the owners son), called me into his office and said that the vehicle sold the day before and then started mumbling something about $500 off a new vehicle. I wasn't there to buy a new vehicle and would have certainly talked them out of more that $500 off, if I actually did want a new vehicle. I left went to a different dealership and purchased the same model vehicle with less miles and more features. I was even able to get the price down based on what Billy Wood was supposed to sell me their vehicle for. All I can say is stay away from Billy Wood Honda, they are shady. Oh and as of yesterday they still had the vehicle that I was interested in advertised, it still shows as having fewer miles than it actually has More
