I recently bought a truck Ford F150 and got the run around on the truck. Then was showed a different truck that was ragged out on the inside. I told the salesman and the Sales manager ( Freddie) that around on the truck. Then was showed a different truck that was ragged out on the inside. I told the salesman and the Sales manager ( Freddie) that I di not want the Red truck I was showed and He brought me back in the dealership and went over number once again and said we are dealing on the gray truck. Once all was said and done he tried to put my in the wrong truck ( Red Truck). He was very rude when I stated that was not the truck I was buying. The finance Lady was very nice and helped me out. I was told by several personnel at the dealership that his was not the 1st time this had happen and they said they were sorry. I don't think I will do business with them again. I would like to talk to Mr. Billy Woods himself and discuss the action that took place that day. SO Mr. Woods if you would kindly call me so we can have a conversation it would be greatly appreciated. More
Service after the sale in non-existent unless you are a well known name in the town. On the phone they are very rude ..... I was asked after being told that they would make me an appointment in a week on a well known name in the town. On the phone they are very rude ..... I don’t understand what me being on Facebook has to do with the service that I need. I will use Hixson in Alexandria like in the past and I will never do business with Billy Wood Ford again. The first thing I said when I bought the truck was how important service after the sale was to me . I was told I would always get a loaner and was promised I would be taken care of. That was a year and a half ago and I have yet to even be fit in for an oil change on my day off. Very rude people. More

Service Beyond Compare Saturday I went to Billy Wood Ford expecting to be bombarded by pushy salesmen like it had been at other dealers . It was raining and the nicest sales Saturday I went to Billy Wood Ford expecting to be bombarded by pushy salesmen like it had been at other dealers . It was raining and the nicest salesman , Toby Spillers , came out carrying his umbrella . He ask if he could help us and when we pointed to one we liked he even agreed to bring it in their shop out of the rain for us to look at . At the other places we looked we had to stand out in the rain . Toby Spillers and the crew at Billy Wood worked hard to give me the best deal they could . I love my 2018 Ford Escape and completely satisfied with the process made easy by Toby & Billy Wood Ford ! Thank you Toby Spillers . More

It sucks! My son recently bought a new Ford f 150 from them. The sales person was nice but knew nothing about trucks. It's a good thing my son knew what he was looking at. Then , they are in a major hurry for us to take the truck with us home so they can make a sell. My son took it home and went to his bank the following day being we live 1 hour and a half from them. He personally brought the check back to them and they were supposed to put him a inspection sticker and a 60 day license on it before he left since they let him leave with it the day before without it. Well, the license plate[ temporary] was a 5 day and they never put him an inspection sticker. Well, when he went to get his own inspection done they told him they couldn't do it on a 5 day tag.. he called them and they told him they would overnight him a 60 day tag and I was listening and heard this also. Well, it's 3 days later and he still does not have it. When I called they said they couldn't overnight it and I was wondering if they could have taken the time to call him to tell him this but they didn't. They've already made a sell so that's all that counts in their book. NEVER BUYING THERE AGAIN!!! Oh and also he got pulled over by a state trooper for no inspection sticker. Thank goodness that the trooper led him slide when hearing the story. When someone purchased a new vehicle they expect these things to be done by the sales staff so even though it was overlooked by my son until he was pulled over it wasn't his responsibility it was the dealerships to put the correct tags on before he left for the second time. More
