The people make the experience I had issues in the past with bringing my car in for service and not hearing anything (for days sometimes) until it was done. That did not happen this I had issues in the past with bringing my car in for service and not hearing anything (for days sometimes) until it was done. That did not happen this time! Chris Malveaux and Daulton Guillory took care of me at the Service Center and the guys at the quick lube were able to get the oil changed and check my tires in no time. Chris went above and beyond to keep me in the loop throughout the day and make sure I was aware of future services that my car would need and when I'd need them. He went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of, and it made the experience 10 times better. Daulton was the one who sold me the car a year and a half ago, and he's always checking in to make sure everything is going well. It really puts him on another level when compared to the sales people that I've dealt with in the past. More

Satisfied Customer! I came to this location from Granger Chevrolet in Orange, Texas. I was completely unsatisfied with Granger Chevrolet. Thank goodness I came here! I had my rear tire replaced, and my tires were balanced and rotated all under 30 minutes without any kind of appointment! I was at Granger Chevrolet for 1 hour (by appointment) before they told me that they wouldn’t have my tire in stock until the next day. They were charging me $187.00 for services! So not only did I save myself alot of time at this location, I also saved myself $50 without any appointment, plus I received a free car wash! Mind you, my appointment at Granger Chevrolet had been set up one week in advance and they were aware that I needed a new tire! So thank you Billy Navarre Chevrolet! More
