Upon arriving I was greeted by Andrea who was caring and profess I was told that I had a bad leak so I brought my Traverse into Billy Navarre Sulphur. Upon arriving I was greeted by Andrea who was caring and professional. She took my SUV to the back so the tech could look at it. After getting the issue back from the tech, Andrea sat down and was very thorough with explaining in detail what was wrong. My SUV ended up being there for almost 2 weeks, Andrea made sure I was taken care of as for as having a loaner vehicle to get back and forth to work along with keeping me updated periodically on my vehicle.
