Customer Service Above and Beyond! I bought a used vehicle from Billy Navarre. Usually I have used vehicles inspected by my mechanic but this time I did not. About 3 weeks after my pu I bought a used vehicle from Billy Navarre. Usually I have used vehicles inspected by my mechanic but this time I did not. About 3 weeks after my purchase my mechanic found some costly issues. Billy Navarre told me to bring the vehicle back they did the repairs no charge. They did not have to do this at all!! I have complete confidence in buying from them. They stand behind what they sell new or used. My husband and I were totally blown away by the experience. The best experience EVER!!! More

Fast and Courteous Service Oil, filter and tire rotation service was fast and staff were courteous. When adding air to my tires, 2 of my chrome valve caps were accidentally left Oil, filter and tire rotation service was fast and staff were courteous. When adding air to my tires, 2 of my chrome valve caps were accidentally left off. Things like that happen when you are really busy. I replaced the caps, they were very inexpensive. This is the only reason the rating was good instead of excellent, it's still much better than many service centers. More
