Whomever did my oil change left the bottom plate of my car unscrewed so I was left dragging it all the way home. I live an hour away so I couldn’t drive back to have it fixed another day. Oil Change horrible customer service. I went in to get my oil changed. They never told me they were done, just motioned for me to drive forward afterward.
