When we got to the finance and trade in section, the only thing I was disappointed in was that there was no negotiation on anything. Our trade in didn’t get as much as we hoped but there was no budging on even a little bit. There was a mistake made in numbers and Tyler caught it right away. We had to finance an extra year just to get the note we were comfortable with. We put a down payment down but were still asked to do more. overall a pleasant experience and we got the car the wanted. Recall and repair of 2 problems We brought our 2017 Silverado in for a recall update and repair to the radio that would come off and on and also for the motor that would idle up. we We brought our 2017 Silverado in for a recall update and repair to the radio that would come off and on and also for the motor that would idle up. we drove from Welsh to Sulphur. We did get a vehicle to use. We dropped off the truck at 9:30am. We got a call from the service department at around 11:00 am The the vehicle was ready. My husband called the service Dept and spoke to someone and asked a man if they had checked the radio and the idle and the man said the tech said there was nothing wrong. My husband drove to Sullphur and on his way he called our salesman, Dalton Guillory to tell him what the serviceman told him what was going on with the vehicle and that the technician said nothing was wrong. My husband wanted help from him to get the truck fixed. Dalton told him that every time he calls he is mad. My husband said fine that he would take care of it. The tech then called my husband and said he wanted to drive the truck and my husband said he should have drove it before all this happened. Then he texted him and my husband did not answer him. So when he got to Sulphur he told them he wanted his truck . He did talk to the service manger and he wanted to drive the truck to see if he could make the radio go off and on and my husband said no he had the truck and should have fixed it befor they called him and said nothing was wrong with it. So my husband told them he wanted his truck. He got in the truck and drove straight to Mark Dodge and traded the truck. The attitude of Dalton , the service manager and the technician was totally unacceptable and the technician might as well have called my husband a liar. I have a Tahoe that we purchased at the same time as we bought the Silverado . I had to talk my husband out of trading it. More
