Transmission and remote start 3rd time in for transmission flush , still having same issues . Keyless entree key still can’t get remote start to work for second time . No 5 stars from me just yet, but we are improving. I’ll give a basic play by play of my experience. I called to set up an appointment because my air conditioner went out in my vehicle. I asked the lady that answered, if I could get a replacement vehicle since it was warranty work, and I was again told there was a list. When someone says there’s a list, a customer is going to take that as a no. Maybe instead of saying there’s a list, that person should speak with their manager, and see if arrangements can be made so there’s no inconvenience for the paying customer (paying meaning between my husband and myself, we have $60,000+ vehicles x2....but even someone stranding $10,000 should receive the same awesome treatment!) When my vehicle was sold to me, I was promised help with anything I needed and if there was ever any work to be done, a loaner would be issued. I then text Lee, and let him know what was going on. He immediately told me he could help me, which was a huge relief. He had a vehicle waiting for me and it was such a smooth transition. Andrea is awesome! She made sure I was aware of everything and even had them change my oil since it was due. I do truly appreciate all the effort Lee did to help this time, but maybe educate the people answering the phones on if they don’t have an answer, to ask before mentioning said list. It’s an automatic downer for your customer to hear that. Thanks again Lee, Andrea and Phillip! This was a good visit. I will also add the lady answering the phone was very nice, she never said her name so I’m not sure who she was. I don’t think they honestly realize that what they say in those first few minutes, can make or break your service. More
