Comunication and poor time management The anti chip film on the edges of the doors were pealing off it took us 5 times to finally get the film replaced and it still is not right it has bub The anti chip film on the edges of the doors were pealing off it took us 5 times to finally get the film replaced and it still is not right it has bubles in it now, the service advisers do not comunicate with each other i got a call saying my parts was in on april 25 so we scheduled appointment for saturday the 27th of april and we droped off and got a call back 30 min later saying the parts was not in and had to schedule another appointment for the 1st of may. We brought in and was done within 30, 45 min but has bubbles. Im not very impressed with the service department, Im pushed more to go to another Chevrolet dealer to get my warranty work done if its going to be this much of a hassle. More
