Great person to have as a salesman. In addition, good, competitive prices for their trucks. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel I did not get a fair trade-in. After researching the value of my trade-in vehicle, I found that I should have probably received a couple thousand more than what was given ( a decision NOT made by Mr. Moss)... But, that falls on me too for not researching before shopping for a new truck and "haggling" for a better trade-in.Lesson learned. More
