Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Service was great, only suggestion would be price check. Seems to me their expensive. They need to be more in line with other service centers. Disappointing They ‘forgot’ to rotate my tires. When I told the guy who brought my Traverse back out to me that I didn’t hear an impact wrench, he said ‘I wasn’t to They ‘forgot’ to rotate my tires. When I told the guy who brought my Traverse back out to me that I didn’t hear an impact wrench, he said ‘I wasn’t told to rotate you tires’. I looked at the young woman who brought my car back and instead of just saying, ‘we’re sorry, we’ll bring it right back in and rotate them’, they began to argue with one another about whether or not he was told to do it. Add to that, they couldn’t provide me with paperwork proving it was done, and didn’t tell me why, they just said ‘we can’t’. So prayers that my tires were actually rotated and my oil was actually changed, but I have my concerns. More
