Bad after sales services I initially brought my truck in for a check engine light, my truck has been with you for more than a month now if I don't drive in or call in I will n I initially brought my truck in for a check engine light, my truck has been with you for more than a month now if I don't drive in or call in I will not have an update on when I can get my truck. Hopefully I will get a call today saying my truck is ready. The sad part is I have been talking to a couple of my friends that also deals with Billy Navarre Service and no one is happy. it seems like the only care in the world is the sale of new vehicles , cause ones you have bought it you are stuck with choices of places to have your vehicle serviced cause they are buying up other dealer ships.
