Buying New Vehicle / Having other Vehcile AC Service Negative - First had major issue with the service department fixing our 2014 Traverse AC, Brought in on 9/26 - received a call with a quote and was to Negative - First had major issue with the service department fixing our 2014 Traverse AC, Brought in on 9/26 - received a call with a quote and was told the vehicle would be ready by 9/30. Called to check in on it 9/30, then was then told it would be 10/2 (as they just started working on it), had to call back in on 10/2 still would not be ready, showed back up o 10/4 vehicle still in pieces In the shop, very poor customer service in this area. As a customer I should not have to call in to get updates, I should also not be told dates that will not be met. The lady Service Rep was always friendly. Positive - when they changed date on the vehicle being ready they were able to give my wife a Tahoe to drive. She fell in love with the vehicle, we reached out to Tony on 10/2 to get pricing to see if we could get into a new vehicle. He worked up the price, we could not afford the one she was in (loner) but we he was able to get us into another Tahoe that she liked. Great Service from Tony and the Finance guy we dealt with. This is the second vehicle we bought from Billy Navarre and from Tony. Great Job on the Sales side More

same ole same ole!! I am so sick and tired of bringing my vehicles in for service when something is wrong and ALWAYS being told "we could not duplicate the problem"!!
