Aggravating, Too Expensive, Time Consuming This is was a very aggravating experience on my part. I brought my car in to find out why when my phone was connected to blue tooth the person I was This is was a very aggravating experience on my part. I brought my car in the evening before and the porter brought me home, which was great. The next day I didn't get a video until after lunch and then didn't get quotes until 5:26 pm and they close at 6 pm!!! So, no real time to ask questions and make decisions. I had inquired about the status of my vehicle service times through the text ISERVICE and called several times starting around 2:45. The services recommended were way too expensive/costly for things that could be repaired much cheaper. I guess y'all are not in to repairing anything only replacing with is not gonna happen on my dime if it is not necessary. I was unsatisfied with the service all around. Lack of communication in a timely manner, when you have someones vehicle!! I got a ride the next morning to pick up my car and after I am done with my next oil change, I do not plan to use Billy Navarre's Service department again. More
