From every thing I've ever heard about Billy Navarre I always thought they would be the best dealer around. Well they are everyone I dealt with were great people. From management to the cashier. Phillip Hebert, sales, showed us a wide range of vehicles. Very low-key, no pressure, knowledgeable and patient -- GREAT salesperson. We were considering trading a 2018 RAV4 XLE on another RAV. Phillip showed us a used 2019 Equinox Premier, low mileage, Certified. We went back Monday morning and closed the deal. Through the entire process we dealt with Phillip Hebert (sales), Daulton Guillory (finance), Aaron (service) and a lady in sales(?) that assisted with pairing phone. A young man and young lady in the tire and lube shop helped a couple of days later with a flat tire on my Tacoma 4x4 Off Road. In all my years I have never had sales and service any better than this. Purchased a 2017 Ford Focus... ( a vehicle I didn't want but was told that it was the only one out of all their lots, I could get) it has been nothing but a pain in the you know what. Can't wait to get rid of it, idk I just feel like I was "JUST A QUICK SELL" To them. No one wants to go into a car lot and feel like they've just got duped. I feel like as long as the sale was made they were satisfied it didn't matter if I was. I honestly cannot wait to get rid of this car and it's safe to say that I'm probably more than likely not going back there. I just feel like I was just that one sale that came through, I don't feel like everything in their power was done to find a vehicle that was of my satisfaction (but I really needed a vehicle) I was just handed the first piece of metal and fiberglass that was picked out. Good credit or not you treat people like they matter in all aspects. I didn't have a problem doing anything if they ask me to do, and I'm just not satisfied never was and I've been stressing that since I got the vehicle. Most places say that the customer is their number one priority and I just didn't feel that at Billy Navarre Chevrolet in Sulphur. I just want to say thank you for making me feel stupid on my very first purchase of a vehicle on a major car lot. If I can take anything from this is that you never trust anyone that tells you this is all you can do. And don't be so quick to take the first things that they have I should have probably went to other car lots but I didn't thinking that I was at one of the best, and came out feeling like I was nothing but a fool.
