They charged me over 5000$ the quoted price they gave me, then said it was stated in everything I signed. When I did NOT sign anything agreeing to pay that much. They bamboozeled me by approaching me with “things forgotten” that needed my attention after deal had been done. Ryan promised me and my son I wouldn’t drive a mile on bald and dangerous tires that were on the vehicle, yet put me off for nearly a week. I realized that they charged it to a warranty they neglected to sell me in the initial purchase, causing Josh Abbott to approach me IN THE MAINTENANCE stall, where he sold me a 5000$ warranty that has NEVER COVERED ANY REPAIRS. I bought the vehicle with a blown head gasket, with the promise of the salesman (Figueroa) that the Warranty I would purchase with cover and fix it… “I should not worry about it” Which was a major lie! Josh, the general manager used intimidation tactics to try and solve this, then telling me he would reimburse me for the warranty, Dropping the ball on that, I never received the amount of money. He told me he was going to give me.. Only a fraction Of what he promised due to their deception. And I am stuck to deal with it. Tried to convince me of my signatures, charging it to the fact that everything is digital today. The lies and manipulation coming from these people who know that they’re fixing to lose everything due to the fact that we just don’t need salesman or dealerships anymore. We can do everything online, so I warn you They are taking advantage of people while they can, And taking Mr Billy’s hard work with them! This place is a disgrace!!! I have never!!! More
A lot to unpack here- So this all started in March 2024, Check engine light kept coming on, brought my truck in a couple times, apparently if they cant find a cause they charge you $240.00 for the diagnosti Check engine light kept coming on, brought my truck in a couple times, apparently if they cant find a cause they charge you $240.00 for the diagnostics and not the factory warranty... Finally they recognized that there was a problem. It took almost 6 weeks to diagnose the issue... about 6 weeks they had my truck, then the problem wasn't what they thought it was... funny what you can find when you actually take something apart and look with your eyes, not your computer. At this point I've already lost money for work and sick time dealing with repeated shop visits. So a few days after getting my truck, it starts throwing codes... a bunch of codes... Service 4 W Drive, Service engine, 4WD off, etc. I took the truck in and told them I needed to go to Alabama for work the next day, what do i do? They said they don't believe its anything mechanical so no worries, go ahead and drive it, come see us when you get back. Folks, the truck broke down in Mobile, Alabama at the gas pump. I had to miss work, get a hotel room, my boss is really tired of hearing "my truck broke down" and "the dealership said", at this point I might as well just say my dog ate my homework. GM road side assistance took my truck to the local dealership, they gave me a rental the next day and said Chevy Reunite would bring my truck to me in Louisiana. The next day, Friday at around 4:00PM the Alabama dealership calls me and said my truck is fixed. They stated that whoever put my truck back together should really go back to school. (Navarre in Sulphur). They stated that my wiring harness had not been secured and the wiring was not grounded... After waiting a week, GM still could not give me a date or delivery window for my truck. Folks I had to drove 12 hours round trip to go get my truck in Alabama. Dealing with Chevy customer care was a total joke also. I lost thousands over the course of 2 1/2 months dealing with this, I explained everything and they directed me to page 13 of the warranty... My lost wages and hardships are not their problem. I asked for a simple lift kit (thinking about the upcoming hurricane season) as compensation after they tried to offer me 6 months of OnStar... after i countered, they offered me an additional 30k mile warranty... knowing full well i already paid for an aftermarket warranty which is a lot better than GM's hula hoop, penny pincher, factory warranty... I declined. I want a lift kit, They don't pay full price for their own parts and the techs aren't making $150.00 an hour for labor... make it happen. They stone walled me, added $750.00 in chevy points to my account and said that's all you get, not our problem. I've lost sick time, wages, gas expenses, time with my kids, and I've never been more stressed out over a vehicle in my life. This was pure negligence, not a mechanical issue or a part failure... but that's all on me, right? I've had Chevy's since i was able to drive, i was loyal to the brand for 20 years, this is the last GM product I will ever buy. 4 months is how long it took to get any kind of reimbursement from Chevy Customer Care, and I got a fraction of the losses I've incurred. Save yourself the trouble and buy a Ford... More

**Edit - Elliott called me within minutes of posting this and messaging the dealership. He has gone above and beyond to help my family get out of this jam, and the outcome and their level of involvement is and messaging the dealership. He has gone above and beyond to help my family get out of this jam, and the outcome and their level of involvement is much more than I have ever received (or expected) from a dealership. While I am still very unhappy with the salesman that set this up, my daughter shouldn't have entered into the agreement and shares the blame for this situation. I was told by the dealership manager that they would speak to the saleman. I would definitely work with Elliott in the future and would give him my business, but never the salesman that was a part of this mess. I am very satisfied with the dealership's level of response and am honestly astounded by their willingness to get involved and fix it. Thank you, Elliott. You really saved my family in this mess. I don't think the error of one employee necessarily indicates the entire dealership is shady. Original review: Unethical sales practices. In early November (?) my 18y.o. daughter went to this dealership with her boyfriend of a month, he wanted a truck. The salesman ran his credit, it was not sufficient, and my DTR tells me the salesman asked her if she wanted to run hers and finance for him. SHE WAS 18. She did it, despite the fact that she and this boy live three hours apart and barely knew each other. This saleman arranged for my 18y.o. DTR to finance this $30k truck for this boy, because he promised to make the payments. He has not made any payments and *last night* (12/16/2020) I found out about this. Now we have to go get this truck, which I don't want, and take care of this $600/mo payment, which is in default. Yes - I acknowledge that my DTR willingly entered into this financial agreement - but she had absolutely no understanding of the impact of this, and now it is hitting home. I am utterly disgusted with whatever salesman set this up, knowing that there was no legal relationship between these 2 young people, they had a tenuous relationship at best, did not even live in the same state as the dealership, and lived hours apart from each other. This is abhorrent. Please think about what you would do if your DTR was put in this position. I feel like her youthful naivety was capitalized upon in a very real financial benefit for this dealership and the person who runs it should look into this, as I am assuming and hoping this unethical tactic is not the norm with this dealership. So disappointing. I have sent this same narrative to the dealership and my DTR has attempted to call them. More

Buyer BEWARE - these people only care about making a sale, they do not care about the people! Its all about making the dollar on a defective car with astronomical interest rates and sky high payments. R sale, they do not care about the people! Its all about making the dollar on a defective car with astronomical interest rates and sky high payments. Right after hurricane Laura totaled out my car I went there not thinking clearly (my fault for putting trust in the Navarre's) The first vehicle was "cleaned" as they said with chemicals that burned my sinus's and had my eyes watering. Within fifteen minutes of walking off the lot I texted the salesman to see if I could exchange it as they claim they do. I went back to the lot the following day and let them know I NEEDED a vehicle that would fit 3 car seats, they put me in a Ford Fusion, the sales woman sat in the back seat with me to show me they would fit - WRONG. The car sits so low that getting in and out causes me pain from ruptured disks in my back, I let them KNOW all this 4 days prior to funding and was told basically that I was stuck with it because I signed the papers. I let the business manager know that the funding company told me I could bring it back and she told me NOPE. The vehicle was in a wreck or damaged by the hurricane, the drivers side rear fender is broken and the drivers assist sensors do not turn off, they remain lit constantly, I was not told of either of these issues. I contacted a lawyer that directed me to speak with Ryan, that he was a fair man and would help me since the sales pitch of fitting three car seats was in fact a LIE. Ryan's assistant turned it back over to Sulphur where I was told the general manager Josh would call back in ten minutes, the call never came. So here I am stuck in a vehicle that does not suit any of my needs, is hard to get in and out of with a payment that makes me sick because it has a new car price tag on a wrecked used vehicle. My only course of action is to either take this to court or file bankruptcy and surrender the vehicle back to the company that financed it. Neither option am I up for at this moment I am still fighting my insurance company, living in a damaged home and doing my best just to survive, however I will have to pick one and soon. More
