I took the vehicle to Billy Howell auto body for repairs. The work was completed quickly and the car looked like new when they finished the repairs. There were no surprises and the auto body personnel were pleasant to work with. I've had the two interactions with the dealership and both stress free with positive results. We went to the Atlanta Auto Show and the Billy Howell Delership was contacted from Lincoln. We received confirmation very quickly from them but it was friendly and not aggressive. It is a model that is in high demand and Bruce Castleberry, the salesperson, idenified each one that was at a dealership with the options that we were interested in. He then spent time on the phone seeing if one of the the other dealer(s) would give a car up. We were on the verge of ordering a car when a car became availble from another dealer. I honestly picked your Ford dealership because it was the closest to my house. I do not regret this decision at all. Bruce contacted me after I went on the website and he was not at all what I expected from a cars salesman. He did not try to convince me I needed this or that. He asked me questions about what I had seen or liked in other cars and answered lots of my questions. We talked on the phone for a while until we drilled down on exactly what I wanted in a car. When I brought my wife by the dealership she could not have been more supprised. Bruce not only got a good car for us, but picked out a car that had EVERY single need that I was asking for. Bruce was also able to get the budget just right so I could be able to get this car for my wife.
