Please think twice about buying a car from this dealership. Here is what will happen. You will go in the doors and get met by a snake like Jay Jefferis. Once there, they are going to try to hurry y dealership. Here is what will happen. You will go in the doors and get met by a snake like Jay Jefferis. Once there, they are going to try to hurry you into a contract by pretending to have to be busy, this way you won't fully review the contract. Then they will pad additional "protection packages", which cost $2500 and do absolutely nothing. It gets worse. Next, they will run a bait and switch. One person will go in the back office, and another person will come out ant try to sell you GAP insurance...don't buy, its a ripoff. Please heed my advice and don't by from this scamming dealership. The 5 star reviews are padded. More

Hmmm thats called fraud saying you signed it that day if you didnt really have it in your possession and signed it at a later date seeing you told us you didnt have the title and would have to mail it to us.Told us they would mail it no longer then 2 weeks yet it was over a month and now we have to pay a late fee seeing they said we waited over a month to register it and not right away seeing they lied on the date on all there paperwork showing we got the title that day. I brought my newly bought used Toyota Highlander for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a small air leak in one tire that I added air to every couple months but forgot to mention that. He also came in oil change and tire rotation. I had a small air leak in one tire that I added air to every couple months but forgot to mention that. He also came in trying to tell me I needed new brake fluid because it was extremely dirty. I produced receipts for I had all the fluids recently changed elsewhere which he then backed off his claims of it being dirty. Im hoping he actually changed my oil because upon checking tire pressure a couple months later the tire with the small leak was still in the same position!! He never rotated the tires but charged me for it! I do not recommend this dealership service dept. More
I was upsold on a "new" 2021 Toyota Sienna that had been previously purchased that had over 800 miles which voided the $1,000 mobility incentive. I specifically informed the dealership that the van neede previously purchased that had over 800 miles which voided the $1,000 mobility incentive. I specifically informed the dealership that the van needed to accommodate a 6 foot long stretcher which requires removing the middle seats. Toyota states that removing the seats may void the warranty. I’ve repeatedly contacted the dealership and Toyota to resolve this issue. Presently I have a $43,000 minivan that I purchased specifically to do ADA compliant transports that can’t be used to do ADA transports as the seats are “non-removable”. Neither Toyota or the dealership will allow a refund. I was sold a $43,000 van under the guise that I could take the seats out and do ADA compliant transports. Toyota has created an issue/dilemma that could simply be resolved with an airbag bypass switch but they would rather hide behind their warranties and policies rather than allow consumers to use the vehicles for ADA compliant handicap transports. The customer is job number one is a philosophy long gone. It is now our job to distrust the salesperson, the dealership and the manufacturer and to scrutinize every aspect of the purchase, product, manufacturer and get it in writing. Policies and warranties supercede consumer rights. Toyota is unwilling to authorize their own certified service technicians to remove the seats. Toyota authorizes certain mobility companies to make major modifications but they won’t authorize their own service technicians to remove 4 bolts and securely place a $3 resister. Toyota has set a policy that does not allow consumers to comply with ADA guidelines. The dealership and the manufacturers policy is “we don’t do refunds” and you can’t modify the vehicle by removing the seats. Simply stated, I purchased a minivan to do ADA compliant transports and was sold a $43,000 van that can’t do ADA compliant transports that I can’t get a refund on. More
jay jefferis was my 'salesperson' He quoted me one price, then the paperwork he sent had another, HIGHER price....$2100 higher. I'm not sure if this is a normal 'tactic' for this dealership, but, aft price, then the paperwork he sent had another, HIGHER price....$2100 higher. I'm not sure if this is a normal 'tactic' for this dealership, but, after the nonsense I went through, I highly recommend people buy elsewhere, but check the contract VERY close if you do buy from them. My salesman actually got upset with me because I asked for a lower price on a car. I don't know if this is a sales tactic or if he was just rude...Not a pleasant experience at all and wasted a lot of my t for a lower price on a car. I don't know if this is a sales tactic or if he was just rude...Not a pleasant experience at all and wasted a lot of my time showing me fictional numbers that we both knew were made up. The internet price is always below sticker price. They claim it is an error, but every vehicle is priced that way. ... I know that's part of the game, but their dishonesty and condescending attitudes are both greater than I've ever experienced when buying a used car. More
