From the moment we met him to the end of the sale, he had a smile on his face and really took the time to get to know us and what it was that WE as a family needed. He was courteous and professional through the entire process. He is more than an excellent salesman and really seems to care for his customers and helping them find what they need and what works best for them. He wasn’t pushy AT ALL like some can be. I would literally give him more than 10 stars if I could! I would, without a doubt, recommend him to anyone and most importantly the ones I love!! We live out of town and were only there for that weekend visiting family when we found the perfect vehicle for us. The vehicle wasn’t ready to be taken that day, but Ian didn’t even hesitate to tell us that he’d find a way to get it to us so we wouldn’t have to drive the 3 hours back with our 6 little ones to get it. Seriously a stand up guy and salesman!! Doing what he can to make his customers happy! He has even followed up with us a few times already in the 2 weeks we’ve had it to make sure we’re doing good and that the vehicle is working well. WOW is all I can say! We will, without a doubt, be back to see Ian for future purchases!! Thank you Ian Kumerow for being who you are and loving your job and customers!! More
