We had worked with a dealership in Des Moines and they were not willing to negotiate at all on the price. Ben made the numbers work for us - and truly "wanted" to sell us a car! Picking up the car was great as well. I received a great demonstration of all the features, and the final paperwork went well also. I was pleased that when I declined several auto protection "extras" they did not continue to push - just brought me into the office to sign the paperwork - with pricing as we had discussed. I was also very pleased that they did not charge doc fees. Great experience! More
