Worst Purchasing Experience Ever While I received a good price on the vehicle I purchased, the experience taking delivery of my vehicle offsets any perceived good deal I got purchasin While I received a good price on the vehicle I purchased, the experience taking delivery of my vehicle offsets any perceived good deal I got purchasing the vehicle. To start, my "new" vehicle was delivered to me with ~350 miles, it smelled like unburnt gasoline near the rear driver side wheel well, and didn't include the hitch the dealer agreed to install at their expense. Nine days later, and after numerous 70 mile round trips to the dealership to address the source of the gasoline smell and to get the hitch installed, I finally received my vehicle in the condition it should have been delivered to me in. By this time, my "new" vehicle had 800 miles on it, approximately 200 of which I put on for personal use. Throughout this time I asked for documentation of the service being completed on the car (nothing received yet) and tried to speak with the General Manager numerous times. I finally spoke with the General Manager a few times and he promised to do everything he could to make things right. As it stands, he is not returning my calls and I doubt that he will do anything to make things right. At every step along the way, the dealer had opportunities to make things right, but failed to do so. Bottom line, take your business elsewhere. More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Our salesperson (Robbie Rivers) was great, but the rest of the place was a complete JOKE!!! It took us an entire week to purchase a car. The General Manager and the Finance Manager were totally unprofessional. They screwed around with three different lenders, when we told them exactly which lender to go to in the first place. Three weeks after the purchase we found out that they sent out credit applications to 15 different lenders. This has not damaged our credit rating. We are filing a report with the FTC since we did not give them permission to "blast" our credit application. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
